I'm just another writer slash poet that has something more to say than, "beer me!" I am currently going to school to obtain my Journalism degree. A lot of people ask me, why Journalism? It's simple; my life is within my writings. In my opinion, Journalism and Journalists for that matter are not as interesting or powerful as they once were. When Anna Nicole Smith receives more airtime than ongoing tragedies across the world like Darfur for example, it is obvious that the media is just reaching for viewers and doesnt really have much pride in what they put out...then again if you rely on television networks as your main source for news and information...you must not really care that much about other parts of the world and their hardships. When you have the time, do yourself a favor and "Feed Your Mind." Read up on the important issues in politics. If you hate politics and think that they don't affect you and your everyday life...think again. Politics surround you day in and day out.
